Windows 11/AMD RX 5700 XT crashing

I have about a 7 month windows 11 build and am getting constant crashes whenever loading into games, and other issues related. Recently I changed a monitor from my work laptop and switched it the display port connected to the desktop and the whole computer froze. Screen went black. This is the same thing that happens sometimes when I try to awake the computer from sleep and pretty much when I load any type of modern game, be it warcraft to Battletech, on down the list......

The only way to recover is reboot, do into safe mode, DDU uninstall the drivers, reboot, and reinstall. I have tried numerous versions of the AMD drivers and nothing seems to resolve this issue. At this point I am wanting help to figure out what is going on as it is beyond annoying.
