I have NVIDIA connected to DP and Intel iGPU to HDMI. When Screensaver turned off monitor signal goes to HDMI instead DP and show black screen and i need to change back to DP. How to solve this?

I don't have onboard graphics, I have connected my main monitor to DP via a DP to VGA adapter and my second monitor to HDMI. I have set them to extent my main display to the second, so when I move my mouse to the right it shows on the second monitor. I use it so I can watch a full-screen movie or series while working on the primary monitor. I rarely use a screensaver or lock my PC, but as far as I remember I don't have any issues, the primary screen is always enabled. Why did you connect your second screen at the onboard card? Why don't you just connect it at the HDMI of the discreet nVidia card?

Go in to your BIOS/UEFI, in there somewhere will be settings for iGPU and GPU priorities or something to that effect.
The default is usually the GPU PCI-E Card, but from what you say the default seems to be iGPU.
Depends on choices they give you in the BIOS/UEFI.

My advice is to connect both the DP cable and the HDMI cable to the back of the RTX 4080. That should solve your problem.

Exactly what I said. Back when graphics cards had only a single VGA output, the only way to connect a second monitor was to have two cards, such as an onboard (aka iGPU) and a discrete one. But since many years ago all graphics cards have two or three outputs, so all you need is the appropriate cable or adapter.
