Piet, it works for me but WMP is a bit stupid for jpg (IMHO) it closes after a while and the "play again" thing comes up huh? just saying...

"it closes after a while and the "play again" thing comes up huh? just saying...".............yes, on my rig also , at least ; the files that will open , most of them dont open at all.

INSIDE the WMP I can open them all in slide-show , choosing a picture , in the album, with rightclick for WMP fails mostly ..........( see my latest attachments )

Uninstall WMP - it's obviously crap!

Only , its a good media-player ( audio , movies ) and a good CD-ripper/burner also , the quality of the pics ( the few it can open ) are very good........so wont remove it from my rig .
Will use other progs for opening pictures, photos , anyway............:cool:

I haven't had time to look at it yet.

But Photos that came with Windows 11 (and Windows 10) works well. And so does Paint; I've used both without any issues.

Third party apps are Irfanview and Gimp.
