Trying to find out if 22H2 broke mine or its something else, can not send mail goes to draft box. Incoming works okay

My Hotmail account is working fine after updating to 22H2. For me, it works on Outlook, Windows Mail, and on my iPhone. If you can log into your MS account, the problem could be the email client you're using or maybe an issue with the servers or other network issues. If you use your hotmail as your MS account, it should be an almost automatic setup in Windows mail. That's the best I can come up with.

I've had my Hotmail account since around 1997 or so. Back in the day, it was one of a very few that was free to use if you had internet access. Hotmail has over the years been windows live for a time, now it's outlook.com. I don't think one can get a new e-mail with the Hotmail domain, but ones that had the original Hotmail still have the email address as ___@hotmail.com.

Checked my Hotmail and Outlook.com accounts yesterday, no issue. I also got Hotmail back in about '98 when starting to create Web pages in a shop. Then I got an Outlook.com account when Microsoft said Hotmail was going away but it never did. Now both have been merged into Outlook.live.com which both links now take me into.

Hi,
Since I updated to Version 22H2 O.S. Build 22621.521 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22634.1000.0 , my mail & calendar app isn't functioning properly. I tried repairing the app which didn't correct my issue so now I'm planning on uninstalling & reinstalling in hopes that helps. After I reinstalled this app it seems to be functioning properly once again..Yeah !!
