I have completed the tests and this are the results:
1) Run: Tuneup plus > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive - Done

2) Uninstall and reinstall Nvidia GPU drivers nvlddmkm.sys using DDU - Done
Execured DDU in safe mode, rebooted back into normal mode and reinstalled latest Nvidia driver with NVCleanstall.
3) Run Sea Tools for Windows Long Generic test (all drives) > share links.

4) Run HD Tune (free or trial version) (all drives) > post images or share links
a) Health - Both drives showed N/A

5) Post a support link for this computer - Support link from Aftershock, they bought Level51:

6) Check for a BIOS upgrade > There are no updates for Bios
7) Make sure that Windows disk cleanup and third party cleaning software are not used during the troubleshooting: DOne
8) Run: Admin command prompt:

9) Once the drive is tested with Sea Tools and HD Tune run ACP chkdsk /b /v on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /b /v C: or chkdsk /b /v D: or chkdsk /b /v E:
