6) Run HD Tune (free or trial version) (all drives) > post share links
a) Health
b) Benchmark
c) Full error scan
7) Run Sea Tools for Windows Long Generic test (all drives) > post share links
8) Run chkdsk /b /v on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /b /v C: or chkdsk /b /v D: or chkdsk /b /v E: etc.
Make sure that the Windows drive runs overnight while sleeping.
When using administrative command prompt type y for scheduling and reboot as needed.
9) Run chkdsk from event after completing chkdsk /b /v on all drives:

10) These steps can run overnight while sleeping:
a) HD Tune Full error scan
b) Sea Tools for Windows Long Generic test
c) Chkdsk /b /v
