You just have to replace the "7z.dll" file in "C:\Program Files\7-Zip"
But exactly like @Lucas North , I cannot stand this pissy yellow anymore. (sorry)
The folder icons could still have been donne a little better. The 1st letter "Z" seems a bit blurred at the bottom or else it is not the same thickness, well they're not so different than (I mean they're exactly) the system "zipfldr.dll" file with just the extra label on it.
The blue Lucas uses is nicer cause of the light fade variant.
Looks easy like this, but the DLL file got 30 different icons (with each 8 different sizes) so imagine all the work there is for convertions and re-adjustments (!!)
