this is not the full blown malwarebytes software this is just the stand-alone anti-exploit software its just 9.17MB in folder size.Yes, I have used Malwarebytes and it is an excellent program. Sadly, it's a little rich for my blood. Kaspersky offers a good family plan and IMO is just as good. Sooner or later, there's a zero day that will get past security. That's why it's called a zero day as it isn't in the data base yet. Some of these can be anticipated based on the way they work. Others not so easily. This is also why we keep hearing about those crazy viruses coming out of China that somehow mysteriously get past security.
it protects the .exe files from being changed/injected or exploited.
malwarebytes browser guard is a browser extension which i use on Firefox and is available for other browsers.
