Green Screens

I hope this is the right place to put this:

Very recently, when I went to follow a link to a U-Tube video, I get only a Green Screen and not the video I want. (sound but no picture!)
I wish I could blame an MS Update, but I don't get no stinkin' Updates. But something has changed. Any ideas?

Just a guess... check graphics "hardware acceleration" in Windows and in browser.
