Why don't you do an in place upgrade? Download Win11 24h2 iso file and, under windows, run setup.

Yes. I had already decided on this option anyway, I just wanted to confirm because I don't get norified wia W.U. update.
By now it seems that it is the motherboard that is not covered in the update.

Other red reason you had was UEFI secure boot which is required for 24H2 to install.
