I have been having problems with my PC for some time, the PC crashes on the game Call of Duty

Once you gather all the information, put the files in a folder, zip the folder, upload zipped file to any cloud provider.

The logs were in a foreign language and could not be scanned.

There were no BSOD dump files collected.

The logs reported unexpected shutdowns and restarts.

Could be faulty RAM or CPU, Download OCCT and run CPU + RAM Stress test (test will be 1 hour) and see if it gets any hours.

If you're able to modify the default language then log files can be scanned.

hihi, please follow zbook for proper tests. however, i had this problem in valorant and i did take a few steps and it seems(?) to have solved the problem

for temp issues, i
- changed the minimum and max processor state to 95-98%
- undervolted my cpu

and a few other things i did,
- turned off HAGS (hardware accelerated gpu scheduling) in settings -> graphics
- change the TdrDelay in RegEdit (im super unsure if this was any safe or anything, but i used the reddit post here

- did a complete windows reinstall (this seemed to fix it for me, had to basically reinstall everything but i think it worked in the end)

now, im still unsure if i have solved the crashes, but you can try these if you really need to. again, in no way am i an expert or experienced in this in anyway, but just thought to drop a note. thanks!
