1) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link
2) List then uninstall all non-Microsoft AV software
3) Make sure that Microsoft defender is on and perform defender updates
4) Turn off Windows fast startup:5) Create a new restore point
5) Create a new restore point
6) Run gather_additional_dump_files > post a share link
7) Check the compatibility / QVL list for RAM: CMP32GX5M2B6000Z30 > report / post images if present or not present on the QVL
8) Make sure that there is no overclocking during the troubleshooting > turn off XMP
9) For any BSOD after completing all of the above steps > post a new V2 share link into the newest post
