That message is typical of a file that's blocked because it was downloaded from the Internet. You should be able to run it after you unblock it with Option Two in this tutorial: Unblock File Downloaded from Internet in Windows 11 Tutorial

Full of issues and problems the win11. I regret to go to win11. Better stay at win7.
I check the solution you suggest but now i have(quess) another issue.
I have 3 pc(2 laptops with win7 and 2 desktop with win11)) and i can't see each other.
The win7 pc's i can see it normally thru topic lan but the win11 pc's no.
I don't have any password at the win11 or win7 pc's and when i try to see the desktop1 files of shares folders it bring me the password windows even i don't have password to any pc.
when i try from desktop1 to see files of laptop1 or laptop2 i can see it normally.

the win7 laptops can see the files but the win11 desktops i can't.

And quess ..
the solution with unblock you suggest me doesn't work cause there isn't any unblock button.

Isn't there any "advanced" option where will let you ignore the warning and proceed anyway? I guess the Samsung application you are trying to install is old. Have you checked if there is a newer version or another similar Samsung application?

Change the Advanced Sharing Settings in all computers so you are not asked for a password to connect.

To unblock the file, right-click on it, select Properties, Advanced and you should see the Unlock button there.

it is old but why with rufus i can't install at all the samsung all share program but witn ventoy i can normally?
Always at the same win11 22h2 64bit greek iso file.

All these issues-problems i have it with the rufus result. With ventoy result installation of win11 22h2 64bit greek i don't have any issue to install the samsung allshare program.

So the rufus something do wrong.

Maybe Windows Update has installed some updates or drivers making the installation of Samsung Allshare work. But in the case you get a compatibility warning, there should be an "advanced" option which lets you ignore the warning and proceed anyway.

no it doesn't updates anything at all.
The only difference is that i install
win11 22h2 64bit pro from rufus
and
win11 22h2 64bit pro from ventoy.

The installation of ventoy(I choose normal at the ventoy menu) the samsung allshare was installed normally but at rufus installation doesn't

Are you sure Ventoy doesn't have some additional options such as disable updates? It might be that an update causes incompatibility in the Rufus installation while it is blocked in the Ventoy installation. Whatever. That's the main reason I prefer to have all drivers downloaded beforehand and install them before connecting to the internet, to avoid Windows Update causing any incompatibility due to some faulty driver.

I don't know if ventoy has an option that disable updates but after i install thru ventoy the win11 to the old machine i can normally do all updates win11 bring me and the samsung all share still i can install it without any problem. And for me this is to strange.

If i just install win11 without any other program like rufus or vintoy simply install the win11 22h2 64bit iso file.
I can install it to old pc or it bring me an error window and stop the installation process?

No, it does not have such an option.

To bypass Windows 11 hardware check (which it does by default), the standard Windows 11 ISO file must be used.
To bypass Windows 11 online account requirement (which it also does by default), network must be temporarily disabled or unplugged for the local account creation to be proposed.

Ventoy

Ventoy is an open source tool to create bootable USB drive for ISO files. With ventoy, you don't need to format the disk again and again, you just need to copy the iso file to the USB drive and boot it.

You have to manually change the Registry values at first Setup screen to bypass compatibility check. Or use a script or answer file that does this. No big deal. For a Legacy BIOS installation you can create a hybrid Windows 10/11 USB flash drive as explained in the respective thread. This is what I use and it can easily updated to the latest version. Just replace install.wim or install.esd in the sources folder with the one from the latest ISO. No other changes needed. These are for clean installation of Windows 11. To upgrade from existing Windows 10 or 11 version, use the official Windows 11 ISO and replace the file appraiserres.dll (see respective thread). Also stay disconnected from the internet.

At first at my 2nd desktop with ventoy it install normally the win11 22h2 64bit greek.
but at mt 1st desktop ventoy it load for at dos and not at graphical interface like it do at my 2nd desktop.
Why with ventoy can't load graphical interface?
My motherboard is the really old "ECS G31T-M" with cpu "intel core2duo e8300".

Any ideas?
