How do you use Ventoy? Do you boot from the USB? Do you use it (if possible) inside Windows? This would make a difference between the command line interface and GUI.

I boot from ventoy usb-hdd afcorce as i have boot from the same usb-hdd at the 2nd desktop.

So this is a clean Windows 11 installation, not an upgrade. Maybe at a Legacy BIOS installation you see the command line interface and on a modern UEFI installation you see the GUI. Or maybe this has to do with the version of Ventoy you use. Could also be a selection when creating the USB flash drive. Don't know, I am not familiar with Ventoy.

I have tell it many times i speak for a clean installation.
And no it is not cause legacy bios cause both desktop pc has legacy bios.

This usually happens with Linux boot loaders such as Grub. If they cannot switch to some graphics mode (no suitable build-in drivers), they revert to text mode. Not really a big deal if it works as intended.

Not sure what you mean. If changing the default screen resolution for the GUI in grub2 to 800x600 still doesn't help, use CLI.

In CLI you are supposed to move between selection with the arrow keys and TAB on your keyboard. Mouse doesn't work. You select and execute with SPACE or ENTER.

This looks like the USB flash drive is created in Legacy BIOS mode (for booting in old computers) but for some reason your computer tries to boot in UEFI mode (modern computers). Of course it doesn't detect the appropriate boot files on the USB flash drive and gives you a command prompt to manually type the boot parameters. Upon switch one press DEL (or F2 or F11 etc) to enter UEFI Firmware (modern equivalent of BIOS). See at the Boot section, most likely the Legacy mode (aka CSM) is disabled. You must enabled it so your computer tries to boot in UEFI and then in Legacy mode. This should detect your USB flash drive as Legacy bootable and use it (unless you have set the hard disk to boot before the USB).

The usb-hdd created to 1 and only mode ventoy has.
and i believe this mode is for both uefi and legacy bios.

and one more thing is why THE SAME USB=HDD boot normally to gui at my 1st desktop but at 2nd desktop doesn't.

The first desktop can boot in either UEFI or CSM mode, so it doesn't have any problem using the USB flash drive. Check CSM mode and Boot priority on the second desktop. Most likely either CSM mode is disabled or the hard disk has higher priority than the USB flash drive and affects it. In some systems the USB is considered as a hard disk. See Hard disk priority and set it first before your main hard disk or SSD.

No both desktop are really old without uefi.
And both desktop boot from the usb-hdd.

Press F12 (or F11 or F9 or F8) to see the boot menu. Make sure you select your USB flash drive. If there are two instances, the Legacy mode is the one without the "EFI" at the end. If issue persists post some photos of the command prompt to see what it is.

Have you checked Boot priority in BIOS? Make sure the USB flash drive is before the hard disk or SSD. If you don't see it, then it is probably considered as a hard disk. In that case go at hard disk priority and set it before the hard disk or SSD. Try using a different USB port or USB flash drive. Prefer USB 2.0 (black plastic) over USB 3.0 (blue plastic) ports. Also prefer rear ports. Front ones have problem booting in older systems due to the longer cable from motherboard to port.
