According to Microsoft Corp. many people was claiming and reporting to them in recent history that the Windows 10 Start Menu is way too cluttered for them, with lot's of options, that they all wanna minimalism in everything in all brand new Microsoft Windows 11 OS, so Microsoft listen to them..., but in fact they even say a few times last year, that their plan in the future is to completely remove the Start Menu from the Microsoft Windows OS itself, and replace it with...:
A.I.
Personally, I totally adore
Microsoft Windows 10 Start Menu and in fact it is my biggest favorite in history of all Microsoft Windows Start Menus, ever!

And I am really a long time power user here, all the way from ancient Microsoft Windows 3.11!

... Because, I can so easily and instantly in this big, and setting's versatile Microsoft Windows 10 Start Menu pin the application shortcut, including to create a logical and big groups of software in the Start Menu to me, for e.g. I can create the "Graphic Software" group of applications, and pin it here all the Adobe, Corel, and etc. applications shortcuts..., and see all of them in the Start Menu just instantly and all at once on the screen... vs. see all them, but only when I click on that group first, like it is like that in Microsoft Windows 11 Start Menu for e.g...
On the other hand, I personally hate
Windows 11 Start Menu, it is so so small, lack of any decent and additional setting options, so rudimentary and not functional for me, that I wanna go mad, I will never ever get use to it at all, to this, I apologize to say, a pure inferior and so unintelligent rubbish.
Why to hell Microsoft Corp. does not finally smart, most mature, seriously and objectively and really do not listen all their users Worldwide and finally design an option within Microsoft Windows OS itself, to let their users finally to decide on their own, that they can pick up and use at least 2-3 of their natively invented Start Menus here???!!!

... Like that we have in Microsoft Windows 11 OS itself a build option here to use, whether we want a
Windows 11 Start Menu look, or
Windows 10 Start Menu look, or
Windows 7 Start Menu look, I honestly do not know...
I mean, this was truly an option one time in distant Microsoft Windows OS history, but not in nowadays Windows OSs at all anymore.
Instead of that, Microsoft Corp. molesting all us every few years with so harsh and strict mandatory design GUI changes and they doing this most deliberately and sneaky.

First of all, they doing this because a psychologically ping-pong politics in business - "
now you have me" for the next prox. 5 years, and then when we release a complete new Microsoft Windows OS on the market "
you will not see me at all anymore"..., so, then you will be very very grateful to us and long time waiting and praying to us, that when you buy another versions of Microsoft Windows OS in the future, that you will get the same precious desires and function of yours miraculously back, well, at least some of them.
And they doing even a one more nasty thing deliberetly and sneaky, so every once in a while they will make sure to seriously mess with almoust all Microsoft Windows OS Start Menu alternative software on the market, so that they do not work anymore at all...
... It happens already a few times in the past, it will happen again...
And in addition to all that, if Microsoft Corp. seriously need more then a whole decade of years, and cross over, from Microsoft Windows 10 OS - to Microsoft Windows 11 OS - to Microsoft Windows 12 OS - to Microsoft Windows XYZ OS..., to finally, finaly merge the good and old
Control Panel with the modern
Settings into one unified applet, then what to except from them that they will do ever decent, fair and right with the Microsoft Windows OS Start Menu all here...
In fact, if we every few years get another and another brand new Microsoft Windows OS..., a complete new version of it on the market here, and they still did not do this merging/unified process done to the very end, then I just rest my case all here.
So, dear Microsoft Corp.,
Please sit down again in a school benches, and finally, finally seriously and most objectively listen to your (power and smart) users, from the year
1993, onwards!!! Period.
------------
In the meantime and for the Microsoft Windows 11 OS regard in particular, I try in last 3 years a dozens of time this list of software:
a) Stardock Start11
b) StartAllBack
c) Valinet ExplorerPatcher
d) Open Shell (the actual fork of obsolete Classic Shell)
e) Ramen Software Windhawk
f) Rainmeter
Well, the story with
Stardock Corp. is that some of their serious bugs they draw for years in all their software, and then finally resolve it, after really long time.

For e.g., I am a user of
Stardock Fences software from the very first release version on the market, so I know...
I also tested in last 3 years more then ten times slightly different and more never versions of
Stardock Start11 and on exactly seven different Microsoft Windows 11 based barebone PCs (MS Win 11 Home OS, MS Win 11 Pro OS, MS Win 11 Entrp OS, MS Win 11 Entrp LTSC OS, MS WIn 11 IoT Entrp LTSC OS), and all this Stardock Start 11 versions that I try till now, they all suffer from the same old big bug of theirs - they sporadically freezing the Microsoft Windows 11 OS
Taskbar and/or
explorer.exe and this happens directly after logging into this OS.
And you can report and corespondent all this to official Stardock Corp. numerous times, they did not yet find the culprit problemo resolver here...
And of course, please, do not get me wrong, I adore the Stardock software in generally, but this are their issues mentioned here, and same goes for exactly all that I was saing in this same text for the Microsoft Corp.
Second, the
Valinet ExplorerPatcher, its latest edition from November 2024 is not fully without serious bug - the
pinned and
unpinned application to Start Menu option do not work properly on Microsoft Windows 11 OS...
Of course, they will fix it eventually, I am totally sure, but we need to still wait for that to happen.
Third, for the
StartAllBack I did not find any big problem with it ever, but it will not reproduce the trully look and feal of
Windows 10 Start Menu at all..., as for e.g., the
Stardock Start 11 and
Valinet ExplorerPatcher software will give you just instantly, and again, this
Windows 10 Start Menu look is my personal top favorite and priority...
For
Open Shell, the story is the same, unfortunately no truly look and feal of
Windows 10 Start Menu at all... however it will function stable, and on Microsoft Windows 11 OS I did not find some serious bug here...
Finally, the
Ramen Software Windhawk, I am still searching can I get decent look and feal of
Windows 10 Start Menu or not here, I think not for now, I still do not know for 100% sure, and the same goes for
Rainmeter...
And in addition to all here, I am testing all this software from time to time, all over again and on a few testing barebone systems, but not at all on my primary ones...
Well, I hope that I help and contribute a little to someone with all this that I just wrote on this thread.

Best regeards to all!!
