They’re not going to miss out on all that profit they make. From my brief look into them, the download volume for Stardock Software is huge. I’m guessing a good portion of the numbers paid for it.

Fences alone has apparently been downloaded over 10,000,000 times
I don’t know about Start11. I’d guess a lot more than Fences.

The only thing that annoys me from them, really, is when their response is “We can’t emulate that” which always ends up in a thread of them stating it’s your fault not theirs. Especially with a user like me who has 6 monitors and a 22” touch screen drawing pad.

About a year ago I reported a (EN-NL) translation error (they forgot to translate some words), including the corrections for the language file.
The answer was, that I had to register and participate to their translating team, which of course I did not do just for a few changes.
