So, to wrap up this thread: It isn't an issue with Task Scheduler afterall. It's some sort of hybernate or deep sleep mode that the PC goes into after several (guessing 6-8) hours. I checked power settings and "hybernate" is turned off. Only "sleep" is turned on (after 10 minutes). As I noted earlier I have tested letting it sit in sleep mode for up to 4 hours and it still prints. But sitting overnight, it doesn't. Yesterday I turned off sleep mode and this morning the printout was sitting there on my printer. So, definitely not a Task Scheduler problem. For now I will just leave sleep mode turned off and my problem is solved. Sometime in the future, if I have time and desire, I will investigate further what is actually going on, but for now I can live with this workaround. Thanks much to everybody who took part in this thread. Great responses and great insights! Much appreciated!
