Update 23H2 to 24H2 always fails 0xC1900101 - 0x30017 out of options

Well I am doing an in place upgrade using the ISO from MS. I have run it many times both by mounting the ISO and expanding the ISO. The only difference is that this video bypasses the HW checks to force installation. My HW is all modern and compliant so at this time I don't believe it will alter anything. Working with zbook we identified driver problems and these have been eliminated. If and when we stop making progress I may try your suggestion. Thanks.

1) Boot to the BIOS > view settings for AHCI, RAID, IDE > post images or share links

2) Reinstall the chipset drivers

3) Download Memory integrity system readiness scan tool from Official Microsoft Download Center
