Solved Update stuck at 25%

My laptop is doing this update 2024-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5044285) but it goes to 25% and then just gets stuck there. It won't go past 25%. Tried restarting multiple times and still just goes to 25% What do I do? If i just leave it will it fix itself in the future with the next update?

Yup, likewise. About 15 mins at 25%. Stalled again at 69% for 5mins. Pending restart has appeared. Bye!

This happens all the time. Just wait it out and it usually finishes. Those pauses in the % are normal.

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
Yes. Always 25, 35, 69/70% stall points in every cumulative update I've done in the last couple of years.
