Windows 11 Pro can't update. Stuck on 21H2 (22000.434)

This host error just popped up again. It's been with me since I can't install the update.

I came to the conclusion that I must have installed some Insider update and it screwed up my system... so I can't go any further.

I tried to run checkdisk again but when the system boots, there is a message that it will now check the disk, and then it is skipped, and I do not press anything.

I know what it looks like because I have done it on different computers and this disk scan should be done before the system loads and the login screen, but for some reason it is skipped. Do you have any idea why it is skipped?

Hey, after typing "bcdedit | find "osdevice""

It only showed me drive C

So I typed: "chkdsk /b /v C:"

Unfortunately, after restarting it still skips the disk check. It says that the C drive will now be checked, but after a few seconds the system starts without scanning.

I also used: Automatically fix Windows security issues - Microsoft Support

It found one error, I'm attaching a photo.

Was the above with

a) normal boot > administrative command prompt

or

b) boot to flash drive MCT (iso) > Administrator: X:\windows\system32\cmd.exe

Okay, I understand now.

I have to run checkdisk from the command line with a USB with the Windows installation.

But I ran it from the Windows booted level.

I'm booting the USB and I'll give you the info right away.

OK, disk check has been done. Unfortunately, when checking the disk using the ISO image I do not have a log.

I managed to update Windows Defender. It did not work from the system level, but I manually downloaded the update from the Microsoft website and it worked! It is from the link below.

All unnecessary USB devices disconnected, I am attaching the log from the USB application

I am also attaching the log with disks

I am attaching V2 Log at the end

Why not run the chkdsk script?

During prior and current drive letter assignment the logs did not report K:
