A quick note about how BitLocker works: Once the drive that is BitLocker encrypted is unlocked, the data is decrypted for you on the fly when you access it. For example, if you open any file on your C: drive, note how you are never asked for any sort of key or password or anything else. It is all 100% transparent to you. In fact, if it wasn't, the OS would not be able to boot.
Likewise, if you copy a file from one location to another, no special action is needed by you. Finally, the subject of your concern: When Reflect creates a backup, BitLocker will hand that data to BitLocker unencrypted. Bottom line is that BitLocker will not negatively impact BitLocker at all.
Not to add any confusion to the matter, but if you were ever to restore your backed up image, Reflect would restore it unencrypted since the data given to it is unencryped on the fly. However, BitLocker does have the ability to save a copy of your BitLocker key so that it can re-encrypt the data when you restore it, should you so choose. I know I may be giving you more info than you wanted wanted. The short version of this is that BitLocker will not interfere with your backup operations.
