Windows 11 Blue Screen

Hi everyone, in a week I received four Blue Screens when I was browsing with Chrome, the last blue screen a few hours ago.
So I tried to find a solution to the problem since I formatted 1 or 2 months ago I don't want to format again 😅

I downloaded the bluescreenview program to see the logs of the blue screen because I can't even take a picture when it happens.
Then I went to the Windows\Minidump folder and opened the files with the program that I wrote before on the previous line.

I write to you what I see written in the various strings of the program:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

The log files were in a foreign language an could not be scanned or read.



Please use English as the default language so that files can be scanned and read.

I have a 6 month old Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 bought as refurb from Microsoft that is running windows 11. I have anywhere from 2 to 10 bluescreen automatic shutdown and reboots daily until I finally gave up and bought this Mac thing that I am posting from. I could never get any help from anybody except one time spent a couple of hours on phone with a tech and followed a bunch of instructions to type in prompts then give them the answer and then do this. Anyway didn't help. Anybody else have anything like this. I still use it some to save and view my photos, but don't let it go online.
