Wireless Mouse not found by Win11

Thanks, @TairikuOkami, I did that, found only 2 updates available, both HP software updates. Installed them and tried again. same result.

I'm having the same problem with a Logi M240 Bluetooth mouse. And I know it's to do with WIndows 11 because it pairs and works fine on my Windows 10 laptop. I've re-installed the mouse drivers, checked the Bluetooth drivers, updated everything, turned it off and back on... it doesn't appear in the list.

A year-old post. Dec 30, 2023

I've not tried a Logi BT mouse but not having issues with Microsoft and Targus BT mice on Win10 and Win11. My BT adapters are part of the Wireless adapter.

Honestly, why would anyone use BT mouse? Unless they enjoy torture, surely there are other ways than BT. 🥲

BT is surely handy when having only 2 or 3 USB ports on the newer thinner lighter Notebooks.

I bought mine because it was half price. I didn’t realise it wouldn’t have a USB plug-in. Still, it worked fine with the one laptop. Not so well with the other. Which seems weird.

I have assumed Bluetooth is On.
Using a new one you may have to initially use Add Device and use the Bluetooth Add Device button > Select > Done.

On pressing the B button(pairing) my Logitech BT mouse M535 a LED on the top(or bottom in your case) flashes if not paired, when paired the flashing stops and the LED goes out after a time.
So are you getting something like that ?

Works well on a Windows 10 Laptop and a newer Windows 11 Laptop, they have different Wireless chipsets, no problems.
The Logitech Options App is not installed, not necessary unless you want customisations.
