My vote would go to any browser that saved its favourites as .url files like IE used to do.
But I think that no modern browser does that.
- With IE, I saved links then just used File explorer to tidy things up e.g. I could drag a link to this thread across into my Browser comparisons folder and, if I wanted rapid access to it because it was an ongoing discussion that I'd be referring to constantly, copy it into an appropriate subfolder within Favourites such as my Favourites, Forums, Common refs, Browsers folder.
- With modern browsers, the quickest way of sorting them out is to reduce the browser window size so I can see my Desktop, drag webpages' padlock symbol onto my Desktop and then file them away from there [including using the browser's Favourites mgmt tools in Ctrl-Shift-O for ones I wanted rapid access to]. It's a shame that I have to step back from having my browser covering the whole screen to deal with managing Favourites.
