Install to old pc without uefi and tpm. Is this possible?

If you download the ISO from Microsoft's site (third option, download the ISO directly, not the tools) there is a choice of language to download. Make sure you download the same language as the current Windows you run, otherwise you will not be able to upgrade keeping both your apps and data. You can then use Rufus to create the USB flash drive and remove any compatibility check. This drive works both for upgrading to 22H2 and for clean installation. To make sure the upgrade won't fail remember to disconnect from the internet before running Setup and until it is finished.

As the machine is an older one it won't be able to boot from NTFS so create a small FAT32 boot partition.

No it can boot normally from ntfs hdd.
Doesn't matter it is win7.

If Rufus 3.20 or 3.xx in general doesn't work in Windows 7, try Rufus 2.xx or even 1.xx to create a Windows 10 64-bit USB flash drive. Then replace the file \sources\install.esd with the respective file (.esd or .wim) from Windows 11 ISO. This will create a hybrid Windows 10/11 USB that uses Windows 10 Setup to install Windows 11 without any compatibility check.

Works perfectly in Win 7. Simply
- download ISO and save (don't run, or do anything other than download it)
- download Rufus and run
- use Rufus to create the boot USB using the downloaded ISO
- near completion, Rufus will offer you the opportunity to tick/untick all the Windows ersatz security options you don't/want
- use Macrium Reflect and/or AOMEI Backupper to create images of the existing system (insurance)
- disconnect the internet
- next, two options
- run the USB setup from within Windows 7 to do an upgrade. reconnect the internet.
or
- boot from the USB, wipe all the partitions from the drive, and do a clean install. Reconnect the internet and use the Win7 key to activate the installation AFTER completion. Don't use it even when prompted during the clean install process.

rufus 3.20 and 3.21 it run normal at win7 but it doesn't show the options to bypass security checks.

If patching the USB with Rufus doesn't work in Windows 7, create a hybrid Windows 10/11 USB flash drive. Boot with that for a clean installation of Windows 11 on unsupported computers. Directly upgrading from 7 to 11 isn't possible, I tried. You must upgrade to Windows 8.1 or 10 first and then upgrade that to Windows 11.

Has nothing to do with Win 7, it's a feature of Rufus, not the OS on which it's installed. There's something else at play here.

EDIT : as an alternative, create a boot Win 10 installation USB. Whip out the current drive, install Win 10 (unlicensed) on the new drive and (re)create the Rufus USB. Then swap the drives back over and run the upgrade option, However, you may have to upgrade to 10 first then upgrade to 11.

Far too messy, can not imagine what sort of a system you'd finish up with. Why not just new drive, clean install, straight to 11 using Win 7 license key to activate.

Alternatively, do the messy method, Win 10 > 11 will auto activate if upgraded from existing 7 installation, then do a clean (re)install of 11 ... you'll never need to know or use the old W7 license key

Or boot into Windows 10 environment with Strelec's boot USB or similar WinPE USB, create the Windows 11 USB with Rufus and ise it to install Windows 11 on any unsupported computer.

But as i tallied you rufus doesn't show me the options to bypass win11 security's so.....

I want to find a way to make the all procedure from win7. I don't want every time i want to do something to the win11 iso file run win10 usb e.t.c.

Plan B: Create the USB in Windows 7 with Rufus without patching it. Just make sure you select the MBR Legacy BIOS version. Then read the appropriate thread how to hack Registry when you see the Setup screen before proceeding. In one old post there are also instructions how to create a script to patch the Registry automatically rather than manually typing keys. When you see the Setup screen press SHIFT+F10 to open a command prompt and run the script. Then you may proceed with the installation.

Sorry, can't help much more. I've never had, or seen, this behaviour from Win 7 using Rufus. It's worked perfectly multiple times for me.

EDIT : Are you are waiting until the absolute very end of the USB creation? Because that's when the options are offered, not at the start, and not during the (somethimes lengthy) creation of the USB. The bypass tick box options are offered just before it's completely finished and ready to use.

Before you OK the finish, check your Taskbar for the options window which may be "hidden" behind the program (or other program) window(s).

I don't know about Windows 7, but in Windows 10 and 11 the options appear only if you select a Windows 11 ISO and after you click to begin and before starting to create the USB. Definitely not at the end. I always use the official Microsoft ISO. If you use another ISO maybe is not identified properly as Windows 11 ISO and so you don't see the options. Try using the official Windows 11 ISO. Renaming the filename of the ISO doesn't affect proper detection as Windows 11.

PS: You can use Rufus to download the ISO for you.

OK, sorry, my bad, it's been a while since I created a Win boot USB.

Just tested and it looks like since at least v3.19/.20/.21 the prompt does appear at the beginning.

Point is, that bypass prompt is a feature of Rufus, not a function of the OS in which it is being run. Why it's not showing on the OPs operation is a mystery.

@OP @Gregory - What version of Rufus are you using ? Where did you download it from ?

This document from Macrium Reflect worked perfectly for me... I've been a BIOS MBR builder since DOS 3.2... and the UEFI gave me major skull cramps! Ended up getting the UEFI setup correctly after a couple hiccups were resolved.
