Point is, that bypass prompt is a feature of Rufus, not a function of the OS in which it is being run. Why it's not showing on the OPs operation is a mystery.

The Rufus FAQ states:

Also, as what the case with previous versions of Rufus, you MUST run Rufus on Windows 8 or later to be offered the bypass options, as these are not proposed to you if you run Rufus on Windows 7 (but then again, you should know that I've stopped supporting anything that has to do with Windows 7 in Rufus a long time ago anyway...)

Me, what I'd do now
- I'd do a bit of a system cleanup first, Disk Cleanup, Sysem Cleanup, and use Wise DiskCleaner as well (let's know if you want help with these)
then
- image the existing system (Macrium and AOMEI Baclkpper ... insurance)
- in-situ upgrade to Win10
- image system ditto

Now consider whether you want to just in-situ upgrade to Win 11 or create a Win 11 Rufus boot with bypass options available when using Win 10 to create the USB for a clean install (my preference)

I would upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 and then to 11 to keep all my data and applications. It is not that hard, it takes much less time than that required to take backup of all your data, reinstall and reconfigure all your applications and finally copy back your data from the backup.

Agreed, but in-situ upgrades can always leave a bit of a mess behind (dead, unused system files). A "double" upgrade might be even worse.

Whilst it may not affect the system, the less dad clutter on an older device is more advantageous. Not much point in upgrading to a flash new OS all clogged up with leftovers.

Another thought (done this several times for associates) ...
- insitu upgrade to W10
- insitu upgrade to W11 (using Rufus running inside W10 system i.e. not necessary to boot from USB)
(by now, the Windows license key is embedded and registered with MS, so user won't ever need it again)
- whip out the drive with intact upgraded systems and install a new drive (SSD, a cheap 265GB/480GB/500GB)
- clean install of W11 (re-use Rufus, this time booting from)
- compare speeds between drives
- decide which system is still wanted.

If you think a double upgrade is a 'risk' Then how about my 17 upgrades? The OS that is on my System One started life on a previous machine as an OEM Windows 7 install. That took the free upgrade to Windows 10 and every W10 Feature Update upgrade since. Then I migrated it to a new machine where it had the Windows 11 upgrade last year, followed by the 22H2 Feature Update this year.

I beat you. Back in the good old Pentium 4 days I wanted to have all games, applications, wallpapers and screensavers from earlier Windows versions, so I formatted the hard disk to FAT32 and installed Windows 95 first. Then I installed Windows Plus! for Windows 95 to get all extras and upgraded to Windows 98 (gold, first edition). I then installed Windows Plus! for Windows 98 to get these extras too. I then upgraded to Windows Me (not absolutely necessary, but just in case there was anything more). Next I upgraded to Windows XP. Then I converted the disk from FAT32 to NTFS (without losing data of course) and upgraded to Windows Vista 32-bit. Finally I upgraded to Windows 7 32-bit. So I had the last (then) Windows version with all the games and wallpapers and screensavers from all earlier Windows versions! Crazy, I know, but you have enough free time as a teen...

PS: The 64-bit version would be Windows XP x64, Vista 64-bit, 7 64-bit, 8 64-bit, 8.1 64-bit, 10 64-bit and finally Windows 11. Don't worry, this is not necessary you can trick Installer and install Windows Plus! for 98 or XP into Windows 10 or 11. Details next time.

Isn't there any gui program that can remove any win11 iso security's like tpm that can run normally at win7?

Does anyone have try this?
If by that guide you remove the tpm and secure boot from win11 iso then it is really too easy to do it.

At win7 doesn't have the win11iso bypass securitys.

This actually isn't a problem - it's simple to restore an MBR Windows image for EFI operation. Simply from any stand alone windows system with a command line e.g install iso, winpe, or even stand alnone macrium simply create an efi partition on the target Windows system boot disk where you've restored the image and then install the windows bootloader via bcdboot.exe. (Note before restoring your windows system it's much simpler creating the efi partition fist or you will probably need to mess around moving / resizing partitions).

The OP's problem is to be able to BOOT W11 from an MBR no TPM system - which can be done - loads of threads on this topic.

I believe the OP is trying to create a USB without any compatibility check that installs Windows 11 in Legacy BIOS mode on unsupported computers. If the relevant bypass options in Rufus aren't available in Windows 7, he can still create the USB without patching it beforehand. He can boot the computer with this USB and either manually patch Registry before proceeding or run a script to automatically change the values. He can copy-paste the appropriate commands at a texy file and rename it to create the script. No need to go into more detail, just read the appropriate thread. Alternatively he can create a hybrid Windows 10/11 USB flash drive that uses Windows 10 installer to install Windows 11 instead. Again this is covered in the appropriate thread.

Irrespective of the version of Rufus, we now know that Rufus run in Windows 7 (the OP's OS) will NOT offer any bypass options.

I believe the OP is trying to upgrade from Win 7 to Win 11 on a non-compliant device without having to do some "manipulation"

This thread is now so full of options, the OP will have to make a decision which one.

However, of upper-most importance : protect the existing system as a fall-back in case anything goes pear-shaped. Keep it (or a copy thereof) intact somewhere for insurance purposes. That way you can hack and bypass to your heart's content.

It can be done, absolutely, but some user intervention is required, one way or the other.

If he wants to upgrade directly from Windows 7 to 11, no, it is not possible. I have spent hours trying because some @$$holes have written on the internet they did it. The minimum possible Windows version is Windows 8.1. This I have done it. I had a system running Windows 8.1 and wanted to upgrade to Windows 11. I was about to upgrade to Windows 10 first, but out of curiosity I run Windows 11 Setup to see what happens. Of course I had bypass compatibility check. To my surprise I was offered to keep both data and applications, a full upgrade. I proceeded and upgraded directly from 8.1 to 11. The OP can either create a hybrid Windows 10/11 USB flash drive or a Windows 11 USB and hack Registry at first Setup screen before proceeding. For upgrade he must upgrade to Windows 8.1 or 10 first and then upgrade again to 11. Trying anything different simply wastes his time. Been there done that.

The scum on the internet suggested using a very old Windows 10 ISO such as the original RTM version (build 10240 if I remember correctly) and modify that to install Windows 11 instead. Nope. It doesn't work. I tested 2-3 versions wnd many other hacks to trick Setup I am running some version of Windows 10 and hence eligible for the upgrade, nothing worked. All these hours wasted for a scum. I can confirm it. If you have Windows 7 you must upgrade to either 8.1 or 10 first. I would upgrade to Windows 10 and update all drivers to eliminate any compatibility issues before attempting the upgrade to Windows 11.

That's a commercial product --OK if you want to pay but all the facilities within Windows itself are available anyway to do this (FREE).

If you still have the technet keys of any Win 7 you can still upgrade to W10 / W11 (must be same edition e.g Win 7 Pro or Ultimate->Pro or Home->home) and same language (you can add lang packs later). No good for W7 Enterprise BTW.

The nice thing about this is that these keys activate at least 100 times (maybe more) so you can create a load of VM's if you want and if you get a new machine with W11 HOME on it you can install W11 PRO with the W7 key (download the iso from UUPDUMP, clean install and use the W7 key).

The technet keys are still working for free upgrade from W7 even though the free upgrade program officially ended a long time ago. Same for W8 /W8.1 keys. You don't need to (re)-install any of those OS'es first.Anybody who says so is just talking a load of "Little round objects".

@idgat It's easy enough -- assume you have a W7 system - depends what you call "Manipulation". Create on the W7 system a VM (yes W11 will run on a W7 system as a VM). In the VM create "virtual disk with EFI partition and appropriate vCPU". Install via dism /ApplyImage. Install bootloader via bcdboot. Boot the VM to complete OOBE stuff (the initial questions etc you get on ist boot after the install). Dump the windows system (apart from the efi partition) to a physical windows formatted disk and then using command line run bcdboot to the boot disk with parameter /f MBR.

While there's a bit of process to do here it doesn't involve modyfying any Windows components such as registry hacks, dll's etc so IMO this isn't "modyfying" windows - whether you call this "manipulation" is a moot point though.

You can still install W11 directly on non compliant gear - you will still nead to do it via dism /ApplyImage though and re-install the bootloader via bcdboot.

Unlike the W7 issue you will need to activate the product though.
