Agreed, but, admit it, many of us hang around here patiently waiting for the next miraculous Window 11 development or discovery to surface, which ain't forthcoming, so, we float around posting stupid stuff out of frustration.

The one thing I would like to change is the Start Menu. I hate all that wasted space used by the Recommended section. Unless MS allows us to remove that area, I'll live with it. I won't use third party programs that may cause problems down the road.

If it goes beyond say, 10 pages, it's hard to go through all of the posts.

I have better things to do than argue with trolls and other such idiots. I don't see that as fun in any manner whatsoever.

If I do argue with someone it's because I don't see them a a troll. But it's also resulted in a few hardheaded folks who simply refuse to listen to anything other than what they think is right, with one user even blocking me because he thinks I'm not entitled to my opinion while he is.

I'm not in #$%^@#$%@#$% high school anymore.

If it's fun for you, more power to you.

Yup.. it's called personal choice and if someone puts you on ignore why worry or think about it? Again.. it's their choice.

Mentioning it because of a lack of extending a courtesy to others in a forum and worrying about it doesn't seem to be remotely near the same thing.

You can bet I'm not even remotely concerned about it, much less worried. Especially since it happened 3 months ago and I've only now mentioned it because it was fitting with the general topic of my post. That person I didn't (and still don't) consider a troll - even if he cannot get past his own ego. it was an example, nothing more.

The way I see it is I don't have to live with them so I couldn't care less of what they think of me. I guarantee that if someone blocks me, I won't lose any sleep.

As i type this it is again one of if not the most active threads on the forum.

If it like any thread user access is abused, it will be treated as appropriate

Everyone? I don't acknowledge the OP's first post as trolling, he merely listed things about 11 that he disliked, the last point being an admission about using cracks. That could've easily been a mistake with no special intent. It seems than some snark and sarcasm has an effect on how easily a post is interpreted as such, even if it isn't clear that the post's intention was to troll.

Don't forget that while some people may have an agenda behind their critique of Microsoft, the opposite is equally true. Most (like myself) stand between them, as neutral commentators. I use Windows and I want to make it better suited to my tastes even if the only thing to do is innefectual whining. That is my agenda.
