@Dru2 I also had a replacement this week for my daughter's graphic tablet. I thought I received an opened box (seal broken) and the seller immediately sent a new one without getting back the product sent to me. It is also in perfect working condition. If the seller suggested to send me a partial refund, I will agree to it.

Yeah, that's crazy. Could be it costs them more in the long to deal with returns from the customer band ack to the vendor. Or that they have a hard time moving used/open box items. At any rate, I'm not turning down free :p

Contacted Amazon through chat and stated my case. First reply I got was to give me a full refund without any further question. That was easy. Smelled fishy as if they know that nothing was really sent to me. Oh well. At least they did not make it hard to get my money back.

At the beginning of the pandemic, I ordered cloth face mask from Amazon. A few days later they sent me a notice that my package was delivered to a safe location. I looked everywhere and I mean everywhere and couldn't find them. I contacted Amazon and they sent me another package of mask. Come to find out, the safe location was the post office. I received the first order by mail a couple of days after Amazon delivered the replacement order.

This part of the tracking info looks sketchy. Seems like it was handed to a small delivery sub-contractor and not to a big courier service. I hope he just had a vehicle breakdown and was not able to complete the delivery and cheated the tracking system.

Amazon doesn't employ drivers, they hire companies who employ drivers. They then put unreasonable demands on those companies, who then put them on the drivers. Any corner cutting, etc. Amazon can then point towards their rules and blame the company. They can't fire these drivers, but they will refuse them entry to their facilities, making them useless to the companies who of course fire them

All while being monitored every second by Amazon and driving Amazon vehicles and having to deliver 300 packages in a 10 hour shift. And if you hustle as a driver and finish early, they will make you go take some packages from a driver who is running behind...all at the same pay of course. A Job I wouldn't wish on anyone.

I think it is the same case with my recent mis-delivery. The driver probably cheated the system and declared the items delivered but still holding on to it. We'll see next week. Otherwise, I am fine. I have my money back anyway plus a $10 Amazon credit.

Yup. The Wave Link software.
By the way, Corsair is the parent company of Elgato who makes the Wave mic.
If this Wave mic is better or even the same as the Yeti, I may dispose the bulky Yeti.

I was only trying to get the Wave 1. I don't really need the additional features on that Wave 3. I can get the additional features to work on my Stream Deck if I want to.
I also like the simplicity of it. But it looks really solid.
