Anyone else use the default UWP Mail app? (Not new Outlook). I like how fast, simple, and lightweight it is. I almost forget its running in the background because it uses almost zero resources. Too bad it's getting deprecated.

There's more answers to this question than the number of people on this planet who have had hot dinners since humans started eating them. However if speaking of FREE clients then I've no problem with Outlook or even Thunderbird -- but since I have office LTSC then outlook is fine by me.
In any case email on the whole is rapidly being replaced by online things like whatsapp etc -- so unless you are seriously into e-commerce and need audit trials email is a decreasing "Value commodity".
One of my best email clients though (FREE) is probably one 99% of people on this forum have never heard of -- when I'm using my main Linux laptop with the KDE workspace I find the built in email program KMAIL excellent, although I've no problems in using OUTLOOK from a VM.
With all these things of course YMMV - and what one is used to often suffices eve though better alternatives are available. Just log on to any Car forum or Motorbike site and see the amount of hassling over "best car / best bike" etc -- or even the whole issue over EV's or ICE's. There's no real solution --- just try what's available and use what you like.
