I really need some help to sort out an email program/client that works across several Windows 11 devices plus a Google Pixel 7 phone- I am not technically astue and have thousands of emails received I am not confident about just deleting the lot.
I guess they would say that to persuade you to use their product instead.
Perhaps, although, I've read many other similar posts that make the whole issue kind of sketchy!
That "sketchyness" is for me the problem - there is no simple way through the mire - folk are extolling what they think is best or want to sell you, over and opver - that old duffers like me become overwhelmed with confusion - hence I am generally grateful for ElevenForums and their predecessors becaus e some of the contributors not onpy understand what the issues are but explain it succinctly - though having got in muddles with Outlook, Thunderbird and Gmail - I rteally do not know the best way for me after about 25 years of emailing.Perhaps, although, I've read many other similar posts that make the whole issue kind of sketchy!
In my estimation, web mail is probably still the least confusing...,
Thank you - I am beginning to use webmail more and more nowadays but it is necessary to remember every account - it would be good to get rid of some of them but that is an effort and I do not want to forget anything which I may need to refer to in future - a problem is having used different email accounts for different purposes at different times and later had the email providers themselves change what is on offer - even formerly major ones like Yahoo - which I hardly use at all now but was probably my earliest busy account because I used it on Yahoo forums back when they were available from over 20 years ago - maybe I should start with completely dumping them.
Same here! We subscribe to Microsoft 365 family plan. Our family all use Microsoft Office and Outlook. We also take full advantage of the included one terabyte of OneDrive for each of us.
